The need for doctors, who make house calls, and the importance of providing medical examinations in the comfort of the patient’s own environment, led to the creation of SOS DOCTORS in 1993, in Athens.

To this day, SOS DOCTORS are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including public holidays, in order to reach patients needing care as quickly as possible.

Every house call is coordinated by the SOS DOCTORS’ call centre.
